Did Lori Loughlin pick her own prison? That’s the question many people are asking due to an article in the upcoming October 12, 2020, issue of Life & Style magazine. Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannuli were charged in the investigation dubbed Operation Varsity Blues. The varsity-related admissions cheating scandal swept the nation by storm as it was discovered many celebrities had paid their children’s way into top-notch colleges rather than the children attending due to their own academic achievements. Felicity Huffman pled guilty and took a plea deal, giving her only two weeks behind bars. Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannuli fought the allegations but then finally entered a plea. Now, it is being reported that Lori was given the choice of the prison she wanted to serve her two month sentence in.
Lori and her husband Mossimo will begin serving their sentences on November 19, 2020. Lori will serve out her two months at FCC Victorville located in Calfiornia.
A source spoke to Life & Style about Lori’s upcoming prison sentence and stated the following.
“Lori isn’t going to be slumming it like most criminals. FCC Victorville is more ritzy than rough! They even serve brunch on the weekends, where there’s a proper dress code and everything.”
Though Lori Loughlin may be happy that she can serve out her sentence at FCC Victorville, not everyone is thrilled. Some are upset that Lori was given the luxury of choosing her own prison and one that has been described as more of a spa than an actual prison.
What do you think? Do you think Lori Loughlin should be allowed to choose her own prison?
